The pathway

Getting licensed in New Hampshire

The license is the Public Adjuster. It is its own license, so make sure any course or exam you book is the public adjuster one and not the company or independent adjuster version. New Hampshire Insurance Department under RSA 402-D; claims adjusters representing insurers are licensed separately under RSA 402-B. A public adjuster may not also act as an insurer's adjuster (RSA 402-D:3, II).
